How to Submit a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on our service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to our DMCA Agent including:
- Your signature (electronic is fine)
- Description of the copyrighted work
- The URL or location of the infringing material
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
- A perjury statement that the information in your notice is accurate
We will act expeditiously on valid DMCA notices.
Counter-Notification
If your material was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. We will forward it to the original complainant.
Repeat Infringers
We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
